Detailed Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or have been altered.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Wetsuits and dive skins that have been worn in water
  • Custom-made or personalized diving equipment
  • Opened and used diving masks and snorkels
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item). For domestic orders over $99, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If you need a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Returns for Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
