How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after processing. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 5-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes within the United States. For international orders, we recommend using a physical street address as some carriers may not deliver to PO boxes outside the US.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@glideocean.com. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

In the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (for damaged items) or 14 days after the expected delivery date (for lost packages). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund.
